Isolated farms, property and roads in the lower Towy valley
River levels are rising. River levels are expected to rise. Flooding to property is expected. Flooding of low-lying land and roads is ongoing. Impacts are expected to occur over the weekend. Impacts are ongoing. The River Towy at Ty Castell gauge is expected to continue to rise until approximately 05:45pm, late Sunday afternoon the 24th November .
