River Usk in Powys
Storm Chandra will bring heavy rain to the area through Monday night into Tuesday, and will cause high river levels late Tuesday morning and into the afternoon. Flooding of low-lying land and roads is expected. Flooding to property is possible. River Levels are above normal levels. We will continue to monitor the situation.
