River levels are rising. Flooding to property is expected. Flooding of low-lying land and roads is ongoing. The River Cynin at St Clears is expected to peak between 11pm on Weds 17th December and 03:00am on Thursday 18th December. Further heavy rain is forecast for Thursday 18th December. We will continue to monitor the situation. This message will be updated as the situation changes.
