Riverside Terrace and the A499
River levels are rising. Tide locked conditions downstream of Riverside Terrace, Pwllheli are causing river levels to rise. Flooding to property is expected. Flooding of low-lying land and roads is ongoing. The A499 between Pwllheli and Penrhos may be impassable. The heaviest rainfall has now cleared this area. We will continue to monitor the situation. This message will be updated as the situation changes.
