River levels are steady. Flooding to property is ongoing. Flooding of low-lying land and roads is ongoing. Impacts are ongoing. Water levels may remain high for several days due to restriction of the tidal outfall. This is likely to result in water levels rising over the period of each high tide. The weather conditions are expected to improve. We will continue to monitor the situation. This message will be updated as the situation changes.
